Dr. Carla Crossman
Post-doc
Carla is an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow Scholar working in the Bentzen Lab. Her research falls largely under the umbrella of Conservation Genomics and is interested in harnessing the power of genomic data to help inform policy and management decisions related to conservation. Most of her past research has focused on marine mammals including porpoise, killer whales and right whales. Currently she is working to understand the genomic diversity of Three-Spined Stickleback in Nova Scotia, Canada and the genomic impacts of invasive Chain Pickerel on native fishes.
